Teacher Vs. Technology, Who wins?

The education system is constantly changing, and I recognize that as a future educator, I must also adapt to the demands of 21st-century learners. The current role of a teacher is no longer to deliver information, but to encourage students to think creatively and be adaptable.' The traditional methods of rote memorization, rigid discipline, and one-size-fits-all teaching have been ineffective in today's diverse and technology-rich classrooms. Why? The ideal form of education is dynamic, interactive, and student-centered. I believe I possess some of the traits of a modern teacher- being flexible, collaborative, energetic, or open to exploring new technology in learning.

In addition to these qualities, I must constantly explore new methods of teaching, improve my ability to make learning more engaging and effective in delivering what I teach, and cultivate the kind of emotional intelligence that connects with students. This is because students are most successful in learning when they participate actively. By encouraging them to take ownership of their education, they foster independence, curiosity, and a deep appreciation for knowledge.' The adoption of this approach will enable me to establish a classroom environment that promotes both academic excellence and student self-esteem.

Education on rural areas is subject to a range of unique circumstances, including limited access to advanced technology and reduced opportunities for career advancement. Many residents have similar experiences. It is necessary to obtain more resources for implementing modern teaching techniques, but it is also imperative to be innovative and engaging with students. As a future educator, I'll need to make use of the tools at my disposal, foster collaboration within the community, and advocate for greater learning opportunities.
